Quality Policy Statement

CTS Group Limited, trading as CTS goal is to provide defect free goods and services to its clients on time and within budget by ensuring the quality of our output and general performance. The implementation of this policy is to ensure it is effective in reducing and preventing incidents of substandard delivery.

The company operates a Quality Management System that is based on the Plan – Do –Check – Act action points set out in BS EN ISO 9001:2015, including aspects specific to the construction industry. The company will carry out the points in this policy by having regular inspections conducted on site by management throughout a project to ensure that, should there be any substandard delivery, it is addressed and rectified before we reach the end of the project. Works will be checked and signed off by the management team before handover to the client / contractor.

This quality policy is approved by the company director and is supported and implemented on site by our site managers.
